Super Naturals: Coffee cherries are left to mature on the coffee tree for as long as possible, they are harvested and dried with the pulp on they are not put through a wash plant like traditional coffee. They are dried in the sun. The coffee is stored for 12 months then processed ready to sell. The coffee is naturaly sweeter, very smooth with a dark choclate flavour.
